Return Policies
MASLACK SUPPLY'S RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICIESMaslack Supply is committed to
providing the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
NEW RETURNS
We will fully refund new
merchandise if it is:
- Returned within 30 days of purchase
- Accompanied by the
original sales receipt
- Not used, installed or
disassembled
- Returned in its
original condition and packaging
- Does not have missing
parts or hardware
SPECIAL ORDERS can only
be returned within 21 days of date of purchase. We reserve the right to
charge a 15% restocking fee.
RETURNING USED CORES
If you have paid a core charge for
an item purchased from Maslack Supply, you are eligible for core credit upon
return of the old core unit. Used cores can be returned provided that:
- The replacement parts were purchased at Maslack Supply
- The core is returned in the box you received with the new
product
- You provide a copy of your original sales receipt.
*Core refunds may be refused if the core is broken, missing
pieces, or otherwise cannot be recycled.
*Cores not returned in the box on the Maslack invoice will be
refused.
REFUND
Once the above criteria is met,
the dollar amount will be refunded to the original method of payment.
*Clearance and sale items may not
be refunded.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are handled in the same
manner as product returns. We will exchange merchandise if it is:
- Returned within 30
days of purchase, or 21 days if it is a special order
- Accompanied by the
original sales receipt
- Not used, installed or
disassembled
- Returned in its original condition and packaging
- Does not have missing parts or hardware
*Valid photo ID may be required.
*All goods remain the property of Maslack Supply Limited until
paid in full.
